Profile Information

Headline:
Until you spread your wings... you'll never know how far you can fly!
Birthday
August 27, 1972
Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
I am the owner of an online travel store that handles everything from airfare to cruise-lines... to tickets to your favorite sporting event, concert, etc. Yes, I am a licensed and certified referring travel agent (CRTA).

Aside from being entrepenurial, I am also a devoted Christian. I try to atend church every Sunday. The church I attend even has a web address www.crosspointlive.com for those of you who are interested.

Family:
I come from a rather large family that seems to just be getting larger everytime I turn around... LOL!!! I was born and raised on Long Island, Ny and moved to Florida in 1990. My main family members also live here in Florida (parents and 2 sisters and families). I do have one sister who lives in California. Yeah, I was the only "boy" in the family. It had it's advantages while growing up. One of my brother-in-laws retired from the USAF a few years ago. Now my nephew (his son) is enlisted in the USAF. He was stationed in Qatar for a few months, but is now back home to his expecting wife. Thank God he will bw able to see the birth of his first daughter. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! I do!

Bear with me. This page is still under construction. I'm adding new things as I go.
Interests:
Aside fron church and God, I also enjoy going to sporting events, concerts, movies, theme parks (rollercoaster fanatic), the beach or a local park. Sometimes I fly back to my home state (NY) to visit relatives and old friends, but I really enjoy going on cruises! I'm definately in the right business for that! I just need the right woman to accompany me on one... LOL!
Who I'd Like to Meet:
As in a relationship????? I'm retired from dating!

Really, I'd like to meet anyone who is upbeat and has a great sense of humor. I also like to meet people who can be real with me... just as I can be with them.
Movies
I enjoy comedies, romantic comedies, sci-fi, action and even horror movies.

By far, the best movie I have seen yet has got to be TRANSFORMERS. Thre special effects in that movie are unmatched by any other.
Music
I have a varied interest in music. As long as it doesn't put me to sleep when I want to stay awake... I like it. Seriously, I listen to the mainstream rock, dance and some country music. DEF LEPPARD is my all-time favorite band. The first vinyl... yes I said vinyl record I ever bought was Pyromania (as a kid). To this day, I still have that record. I have also taken a liking to Christian music as well. I know what you're thinking, but it's not like that at all. There are really some great Christian bands out there like THIRD DAY, MERCY ME, LIFEHOUSE, TOBY MAC, Edwin McCain. I bet you didn't know that there are some Christian bands that went mainstram. Bands like the former CREED, CANDLEBOX and LIVE are just to name a few of them. Ever since 9/11, I'm sure that you've noticed a lot of mainstream bands add Christian undertones into their music... but just enough so that they may remain in the catagory of mainstream, but may also be played on Christian stations... and vice versa. This is a form of "crossover" music. Other forms are where Country groups break into Rock (and vice versa).
TV
Anything that's on... LOL!!! Really, I'll get back to you on this.
Books:
The BIBLE
Heroes:
When it comes to heroes, God and Jesus will always be #1. It's by faith that I have made it this far, and it is by faith that I will continue!

Secondly, come my parents. they have done a terrific job raising me. Yes, i have been defiant at times. Who hasn't? Anyway, it is because of them that I am proud to be the man I am today.

My third hero would be my late uncle who used to be a NY City Firefighter (FDNY). There wasn't a call he wouldn't answer... even when he was off duty. He started out as a 1-up man and retired a chief. Throughout his career, he's battled many fires, but in the end, there was one battle he couldn't win. He passed away in 2000 from cancer. I know that if he were alive, he would have been right there during 9/11. Today, a new hero emerges... following his father's footsteps. my cousin, Mike proudly wears his father's badge number and works in the same company as my uncle did. Rest in peace Uncle Allan. You will always be remembered as an uncle, a godfather and a HERO!

Be a mentor

You've always heard the expression, or even played the game "follow the leader". In reality, it's no just a game. It's the way to success. How do you think successful people got so... well... successful? They played "FOLLOW THE LEADER".
How this works...
Whether it be in business or just in life in general, everyone looks f or a mentor. Are they going to look to someone who constanly fails? No, of course not. They want to learn from those who are successful, because it greatens the chances that… Continue

Tapping into a Group Cruise

Tapping into a group cruise

Here’s a little tip you should know before you book your next cruise. Did you know that when people book group cruises, there is a limited minimum amount of staterooms that have to be reserved? Whichever staterooms aren’t used are then sold back to the cruise-line.

Did you know that you can tap into a group cruise and get all that is offered to that group for a group rate? Maybe a group has a gift basket for each room. Maybe a group has a bottle of wine for each r… Continue

Passport Book vs. Passport Card... What’s the difference?

Passport Book vs. Passport Card... What’s the difference?

Ok, I have been address a question about the difference between a passport book and a passport card and what the difference is. although both are valid forms of identification, there are limitations set to the passport card. I strongly suggest that one acquires a passport book rather than the card.

Here’s the difference between the two:

Things you need to know before you book your next flight!

For those who fly, I have some extremely useful information you should know before you book your next flight. These are a few questions I've encountered.

Q: How can one find the besst rate for airfare?

A: Airlines offer the best rates 21 Days out from the time you intend to go to your destination. No matter where or when it is... 21 Days! For example, if one plans to fly out on the 26th of March, book your flight on the 5th. Also, the longer you stay at your destination, the cheaper your round… Continue
